"I got that MUG!"
"I got that MUG at home!"
Yup. That was the highlight of the outing today,
and our dearest TBX has to say this out loud while most of the boys were still washing their hands in the washroom.
Please don't bring that mug to school.
You're going to get into some serious trouble TBX.
:O)
It has been such a pleasure.
I didn't know that the centre row a cinema would have fifteen seats,
and for the first time in my life, I bought (on behalf of you guys) an entire row!
Now tell me it ain’t cool to occupy the entire row in the cinema!
So someone bought a huge tub of popcorn. Somehow we’re playing a game of “pass the bucket” and poor me got hit in the nose when E franticly swung the bucket load of popcorn into my face. It was dark. I know. I forgive you. :O)
Our class chairman was seated on my right.
Today I got to know him better.
When the little dinosaurs were chomping away the ice-cream man’s arm, our class chairman went “Cool man”.
Okay...
When the scientist opened up the fruit filled with creepy crawlies swarming out onto his arms and body, our class chairman went “Cool man”.
Now we know what to give him on his birthday, don’t we?
Not someone’s arm please...
Please gather all the creepy crawlies that you can get your hands on, consolidate them, wrap it in some kind of fruit packaging and do it on 30th June.
Yu Xiang, you’re in for a surprise on the second day of school. :OP
I noticed that some of you have a particular brand of brown coloured sling bag.
That’s not fair!
I had it first, and it’s a good thing I didn’t bring it out today.
We’d really look like the ambassadors for the particular brand, and you’ve got a brown t-shirt to match your bag. Yup, that’s you, Number Fifteen! ROAR!!
Amanda’s got a really nice bag. Did anyone of you manage to catch the environmentally friendly message? I remembered reading about that bag because there were people in Hong Kong, USA, and Europe rushing to get that bag when it first appeared on the press.
Adrian wore pants, or was it jeans? Wooo...*Whistle whistle*
I saw Fakhrul trying to do the shuffle with his slippers... Are you serious? Can you do the shuffle in slippers??
Song Yuan, please don’t spend too much money on the ‘Sweets” machine...
It’s a SCAM!!
Try... Jogging???
We could play soccer Song Yuan, Zul could teach you some tricks.
:O)
Jo, please don’t torture the fries next time. Poor Asdira looked so troubled just now. Haha..
I guessed most of you enjoyed the race track, and you must know that Jacelyn is very particular about her seat when she starts her race. That pretty much explains why she came out tops in most of the races. Well, another reason could be that our friend here is spending too much time on Daytona. History textbook??? Readers’ Digest???
I wished we could have more time interacting instead of walking up and down the mall.
I have completely forgotten about planning for activities after the movie.
I think Gar Wei had done a wonderful job getting all of you together, reminding me to get the right number of tickets, and queuing up for popcorn before the show began. Well done! Thank you for going through so much trouble planning for the class outing. My sincere appreciation goes out to Josica and Jacelyn for sending out numerous sms to all of you. I may have missed out some names, but I am happy to see that we could all get together and have fun. It’s something special that we all share as 1E5. :O)
I’m thinking about “catching”.
Perhaps we could all get together, go to West Coast Park before the school starts and have a game of catching. We could group ourselves in teams, and work out something more challenging instead of just having one person running after everyone. West Coast Park has a lot of space, and it’s much safer. I’m against ‘block catching’ or ‘mall catching’ because you’ll be a nuisance to the people there.
Sometimes, all of you have to remember that I’m 28 years old, and it’s really weird if people see me running after a bunch of 12 – 13 year olds. I don’t want the police to come after me k?
PEACE.
In the meantime, please finish up all the holiday assignments and projects that you have on hand.
I’d like to hear some suggestions and ideas about ‘catching’.
Some suggestions for dates would be good too.
I thought it’d be fun, and it’s a good form of exercise.
You can’t spend the whole day surfing the net or playing online games.
Thank you for the wonderful time today.
I’m sorry that I didn’t have much opportunity to speak to all of you.
For those who didn’t make it for the outing today, it’s okay.
It’s only the first, and it will only get better.
Thank you all for the fun-filled experience.
Yours truly,
Mr. T
